Don’t Make Payday Loans Illegal
There are so many people who do not think that cash advance loans should be legal. In some states, you can’t even get one. I think this only hurts the poor. No one forces a person to accept cash advance loans, and most people only use the services of a company that makes cash advance loans if they really need the money.
Being able to get cash advance loans online, sometimes called no fax payday loans, is a real help to someone who needs cash right now. I don’t mean for a frivolous purchase or a night on the town. I mean that cash advance loans can be used to stop a utility shut-off or a similar emergency. If you get your electric shut off, it costs more than the interest on a cash advance loan to get it turned back on. I don’t think that this service should be denied to people who really need it.
Just because someone does not have a credit card, it doesn’t mean they can’t borrow money responsibly. No one agrees to pay the high interest rates required on no fax payday loans unless it really is an emergency. This kind of back-up should be available to anyone who needs it.
